Who is Dave?
I am a Southern California native who has been an antique dealer/collector for more than forty years. I have a masters in art/design from UCLA and a California Teaching Credential in art.

I come to your location. One item or a houseful. Rate is $95/hour.
Estate Liquidation
When families need to empty a house, it can be an overwhelming task. I will work with you on pricing your treasures, advertising the sale in print and on the net, placing street signs and organizing the sale. My staff is experienced and we have been able to empty many large homes within two days. I will advise you regarding how to remove toxic waste and in finding a home for unsold items.
Hoarding
Some families have relatives with hoarding issues. I have been successful working with families to remove clutter and identify the items of value.
Do I Ever Buy Anything?
I buy fine jewelry and watches. I collect porcelain signs, old photographs and anything unusual or bizarre.
